Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and service

By using Macromate, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The app provides tools to log workouts, nutrition, water, steps, weight, and goals. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable during development or maintenance.

2. Account and username

Provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not impersonate another person, violate their rights, or try to access another user’s account or data.

3. Health information and results

Macromate is a general tracking tool, not a medical device, and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical or nutrition advice. Calorie, nutrient, photo, report, and goal results are estimates and may be inaccurate. Consult a qualified professional before changing your diet or training, and stop if you experience pain or unusual symptoms.

4. Sharing and friends

You may be able to add friends and share selected progress metrics. Manage sharing settings in the app and do not share information you do not want others to see. Use friend and challenge features respectfully; do not post abusive or misleading content.

5. Subscriptions and payments

If a paid plan is offered, its price, duration, any trial, and renewal terms will be shown at checkout before you confirm. Apple App Store or Google Play processes billing and manages renewal and cancellation under its terms. Deleting your app account does not automatically cancel a store subscription; cancel it in your store account settings. Refund requests must be made to the store that processed the payment under its refund policy.

6. App rights

The app, its name, design, and content, excluding third-party materials, are owned by or licensed to the Macromate operator. Do not copy, redistribute, or use the app unlawfully.

7. Availability and liability

We take reasonable steps to operate the service and protect its data, but outages, errors, and temporary connection loss may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any health or fitness result. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for reliance on non-medical estimates or temporary service unavailability, without limiting rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Suspension and changes

You can delete your account from the Account screen. We may suspend access for misuse or security or legal reasons. We may update these Terms; we will update the date above when we do. Continued use after an updated version is made available is subject to that version.

9. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to its competent authorities. Questions or privacy requests: abash.alhazmi29@gmail.com.
